Calling All Rosé Fans

The Hampton Social has been celebrating National Rosé Month in June with a Rosé Hotline that has the answers to questions about the popular pink wine . Rosé fans and neophytes can call the hotline throughout the month to hear from Gregory Innocent , beverage director of Parker Hospitality , The Hampton Social ’ s parent company .
Innocent answers the phone live every Thursday from 5 p . m . to 7 p . m . in June . He shares his tips and tricks for buying and drinking rosé , with topics such as the difference between light and dark pink rosés , the perfect food pairings for rosé , what type of rosé to bring to a party , and so on . This will be the third year of the rosé hotline , Innocent says . “ It ’ s been a very effective activation .” — MD

Specialty brunch drinks include the Route 27 Mule , with vodka , salted banana , lime and ginger beer , priced at $ 15 a glass and $ 42 a seashell .
SHAREABLE SEAFOOD DELIGHTS The beverage menu changes twice a year , Innocent says . The specialty cocktails are the same at all locations , but the beer and wine are different per market ; popular brews include IPAs , amber ales and wheat beer .
“ Nashville is the only location that features a heavy allocated whiskey list ,” says Innocent . It also has the most allocations of the coveted Pappy Van Winkle bourbon in the Nashville market .
