PROJECT SCOPE HIGHLIGHTS Field survey and layout— Laser-level survey to establish precise grades and field layout.
Rebuilt Infield— Precision laser grading, professional-quality clay, infield mix, and conditioners will improve playability, surface consistency and drainage, reducing the risk of injuries and creating a better experience for athletes of all ages.
Home plate and pitcher’ s mound reconstruction— New regulation-grade home plate and pitching rubbers; rebuilt areas using premium clay blends.
Infield and base installation— New base anchors and bases installed at 80 and 90 feet; full infield regrade and resurfacing with new infield mix and conditioner.
Turf removal and sod installation— Removal of old turf and installation of fresh TifTuf bermuda sod across 17,000 square feet of turf.
Outfield restoration— Turf repairs, irrigation adjustments, aeration and topdressing.
Safety and sustainability enhancements— Improved drainage, surface consistency, and reduced long-term maintenance.
