While we are still finalizing our speaker lineup , we are excited about the dynamic list that is in the works . Mark Sheffield will join us again , after providing great tips on how to increase efficiency and profitability in the service department and discussing what a dealership ’ s pay plan should look like last year . F & I expert Rob Greenwald and Synchrony ’ s Charles Smith will also speak this November . Brad Stanek from Morgan Stanley will lead a couple of sessions that will cover timely topics .
We are excited to continue to build a lineup that will offer dealers useful discussions and information . The finalized speaker lineup will be announced shortly and include information about the keynote speaker and their topic of discussion .

TIPS FROM AN ATTENDEE Here are some tips that we heard from Brandon Prokupek , a dealer and owner of Motorsports Marketing Group , about how to take on the Accelerate Conference : # 1 Go to it with a problem in mind you ’ re trying to solve and talk with people during the networking opportunities to try and solve it . # 2 Don ’ t try to attend every seminar . It will be an information overload . Pick the top ones , attend and take notes . # 3 Think about technology and look for one vendor that can help you advance your dealership in some way ( DMS , website , customer contact , marketing , AI , etc .). This stuff is coming and the ones who are most prepared with be in front of the pack .
