The Margarita is the top cocktail for many reasons, but one of its key attributes is that it pairs with pretty much everything. The Paloma, which is somewhat similar to a Margarita but with grapefruit and soda, may not be quite as easy to match with food. PALOMA
2 oz. Corralejo silver tequila ½ oz. Grapefruit juice ½ oz. Lime juice ½ oz. Agave nectar Soda water
Combine ingredients( except soda) and shake with ice. Strain into a Collins glass willed with ice. Top with soda water Garnish with lime wedge or wheel.
