Basil Smash
1 ¾ oz . London Dry gin Bunch of fresh basil ¾ oz . Fresh lemon juice

/ 3 oz . Agave syrup Dash extra virgin olive oil Bunch of fresh basil
Place basil and lemon into a cocktail shaker . Gently muddle the lemon and . Add agave syrup , olive oil and gin and top up with ice . Shake vigorously . Fine strain into a rocks glass . Add ice and garnish with a sprig of basil .

Wet Money
1 oz . Blanco tequila ( such as Espolon ) 1 oz . White rum ( such as Thrashers ) ¼ oz . Blue Curaçao ½ oz . Lemon juice 1 ½ oz . Passion fruit juice 2 droppers Salt water *
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice . Shake and strain into a Tiki mug or a tall Collins glass with crushed ice . * A bit of salt can boost flavors in a cocktail .

Muddle the cucumber and basil in a shaker , add remaining ingredients and dry shake , then add ice and shake again . Double strain into coup glass and garnish with a dried Aspen leaf ( if available ) or basil leaf .

2 oz . Reposado tequila ( such as Lunazul ) 1 ½ oz . Cucumber-apple purée 1 oz . Jalapeño simple syrup ½ oz . Lime juice
