MARKLE JANNER Operations Manager , Priority One Financial Services
While most marine and RV dealerships may only be focused on scoring a sale and never talking to the customer again , Markle Janner prefers to help create customers for life . Even though his official title is Operations Manager , Janner considers himself more of a coach . He helps business managers not only with getting deals approved , but also on how to best maximize customer protection once they do make a purchase . And a lot of that comes down to understanding the customer and putting them first .
“ Sometimes the application of technology is a
hurdle they have and they ’ re unsure of where to find the information . But instead of telling them where the information is , I teach them where to find it ,” Janner says .
Priority One ’ s satisfied dealer partners , extensive employee achievements , and superior customer service are all distinctly part of Janner ’ s impact on the company and the industry . Janner joined the company in 2019 with over 15 years of experience in recreational financing . He has a strong understanding of dealer demands and customer needs , and he excels at connecting the two in harmony .
Janner is gifted at creating order out of chaos ; taking a problem and pursuing conversations and process changes to satisfy that need . Though his role centers around customer financing , he leverages his long standing relationships with lenders to advocate for adjustments that are beneficial for the dealer and the customer .
