Outboardpowered saltwater segment slows across top markets
Sales within the outboard-powered saltwater market were down roughly 3.5 % in the 12-month rolling period ending in November 2023 , according to the latest data from Statistical Surveys Inc .
While the majority of the top markets posted declines in the segment for the 12-month period , Raleigh-Durham , N . C . reported the largest decline , down 19.1 %, followed by Houston , Texas , down 15.8 %.
Five of the top markets reported growth for the period , with Charleston , S . C . posting substantial growth at just under 126 %.
