The panel will discuss how baseball has changed over the years , insight into player perspective , workplace challenges and where it is headed in the future for the sports field manager . Phil Bradley — Former Major League Baseball player for the Mariners , Phillies , Orioles and White Sox . Bradley was an American League All-Star in 1985 , and spent a season with the Yomiuri Giants in Japan before retiring in 1991 .
