Altoz TerraFlex track system
Altoz unveiled its new TerraFlex track system for the TRX 766 i zero-turn mower . Engineered for commercial-grade use , these tracks are for heavyusage operators who frequently tackle large areas and challenging terrains .
According to Altoz , the system ’ s tread pattern was designed to prioritize traction , stability and a smooth ride in the toughest environments , such as ditch banks , retention ponds and solar fields . Made from all-natural 100 % rubber , the tracks offer durability , flexibility and improved performance in technical terrain , while also resisting punctures and tears .
Construction of the TerraFlex track system includes steel cables encased in vulcanized rubber . Heavy-duty steel drive links and 3 / 4-inch hardened-steel sprockets prevent sprocket slippage and facilitate a smooth rolling path for the undercarriage system .
The TRX 766 i mowers with TerraFlex track system are available at Altoz dealers . Altoz makes TerraFlex track and sprocket kits available for upgrading older models .

Spartan reveals three new mowers
“ For the last year , we ’ ve been focused on bringing new models to market that better suit the wants and needs of our customers ,” said John Swanson , general manager at Intimidator Group . “ We ’ re excited to release three new machines that will do
just that by expanding our lineup with two entry-level mowers and a new take on one of our bestsellers .”
New to Spartan ’ s lineup is the RZ-HD Blackout , a combination of the RZ-HD and the KGZ-XD Blackout . This model is covered with black powder coating and features a new decal package , a custom blackout suspension seat , and blacked-out 24 × 12 rear radial tires . Available in a 54- or 61-inch deck with a 23-horsepower Kawasaki engine , the RZ-HD Blackout adds another level of style to Spartan ’ s lineup .
Scheduled for release later in the spring are the new Spartan Shield and Defender models . The Shield offers 48- and 54-inch decks with a 23-horsepower Kawasaki engine , and 20-inch Carlisle Turf Armor rear tires . As the entry-level model for Spartan ’ s signature sevengauge steel decks , the Defender offers three cutting widths of 48 , 54 and 60 inches , as well as three engine options with power ranging from 22 to 24 horses .
Along with the lineup additions , Spartan has added several upgrades to existing models for increased durability and performance . All 2024 RZ , RT , SRT and KGZ-XD models now feature magnetic pin height adjustments , upgraded spindles and redesigned pulley covers . Replacing the rotary height-of-cut system with the magnetic pin height adjustment — as well as improving the correlation between the blade height and pin system settings — ensures a consistent , true height of cut .
