Additionally , sessions on worklife balance and diversity , equity and inclusion were intended to enhance our overall job performance . Professional and personal development topics designed to enhance our person can require more time and thought on how to implement and quantify the benefit . Conversational interactions will vary from day to day , and will be different with each person you encounter . It is important to stay focused on the “ why ” and “ how ” you execute these skills .
