Experience : I have been managing sports fields full time for 15 years , beginning in professional baseball , then in the university setting . First focusing on primarily baseball and softball collegiate sports , I continued to grow to manage 13 acres of natural grass surfaces , as well as 13 acres of synthetic surfaces . We manage everything from field usage to construction projects and field design .
