Sizing of the jacket was normal in terms of sleeve and body length , but the cut of the jacket was a bit slim . Plus , as noted , the material is not stretchy . Fitting a size XL over my 5-foot , 11- inch , 190-pound body when wearing a TekVest was fine , but remember the Carbon is an uninsulated jacket . When I needed to add a midlayer for frigid weather riding , the fit became rather snug . So , bigger boys and girls may want to size themselves up at a dealership or snow show .

And , for what it ’ s worth , the matching size large Fly Carbon bib pants I also sometimes rode with were cut even slimmer . Never in my life did I think a guy of my proportions would need a size XL pant , but that ’ s what I ’ d need from Fly for true comfort .
