2025 Harley-Davidson Softails
NEW TO HARLEY ’ S 2025 cruiser collection are six refreshed models in its Softail lineup : the club- style Low Rider S and ST , the nostalgic Heritage Classic , the iconic Fat Boy , the badass Street Bob , and the fat- tire Breakout .
All receive a few updates for 2025 , including selectable ride modes ( Road , Rain , and Sport ) as well as new hand controls , instrument panels , all- LED lighting , and a USB- C charging port . New standard rider aids include cornering ABS and TC , cornering drag- torque slip control , and tire- pressure monitoring . Suspensions now use straight- rate front and rear springs to replace the previous progressive- rate springs , with the intention to improve balance and reduce harshness .
Powering these cruisers are three Milwaukee- Eight 117 engine variants with new cylinder heads , intake manifolds , and throttle bodies . The “ Classic ” variant powers the Street Bob
and Heritage Classic and is identified by round air cleaners . It is tuned for a flat torque curve to make 120 lb- ft at only 2,500 rpm , with power peaking at 98 hp at 4,600 rpm . The Fat Boy and Breakout models receive the “ Custom ” variant that produces 104 hp at 4,800 rpm and 126 lb- ft at 3,000 rpm . The “ H . O .” variant can be found in the Low Rider S and Low Rider ST , and it prioritizes upper- rev range performance . Peak torque of 128 lb- ft hits at 4,000 rpm , while power peaks at 114 hp at 5,000 rpm .
The cruiser models range in starting price from $ 17,199 for the Street Bob to $ 24,199 for the Low Rider ST , and all are available in a variety of color options .
