KAWASAKI RELEASES OFF-ROAD EXPERIENCE TOUR SCHEDULE

Kawasaki recently announced that its 4−Wheel Off-Road Experience Tour will be traversing across the country throughout the summer , attending various events nationwide .

“ Our new Off-Road Experience Tour is set to give consumers across the country an opportunity to see and experience Kawasaki ’ s line-up of side x sides and ATVs ,” said Kawasaki Director , Marketing , Bob O ’ Brien . “ The tour stops will allow us to reach beyond current powersports customers , provide engaging education and welcome new customers to experience a Kawasaki side x side for the first time .”

The 2023 tour kicked off at Atlanta Motor Speedway for the NASCAR Quaker State 400 , showcasing the new MULE PRO 1000 series and other new models .

In addition to the exciting events themselves , at select events consumers will be granted the opportunity to test drive the allnew MULE PRO 1000 series , experiencing the MULE line brings to the table .

The Kawasaki Off-Road Experience will run through the remainder of 2023 and extend into early 2024 .

RECIPIENTS OF 2023 POLARIS FUND FOR OUTDOOR RECREATION GRANTS ANNOUNCED

Polaris , in partnership with the National Forest Foundation ( NFF ), announced the 2023 recipients of the Polaris Fund for Outdoor Recreation grants . The partnership between Polaris and NFF was established in 2021 with the Polaris Foundation pledging to donate $ 5 million to the NFF over five years to provide grants and project funding to support outdoor recreation and conservation work to help protect forests and surrounding lands for years to come .

This year ’ s funding will support partnership projects in various National Forest locations , including the Kelly Motorized Trail system in Arizona , the Alpine Tunnel in Colorado , and the Stagecoach Trail in Vermont .

On the Kelly Motorized Trail system ( Coconino National Forest , Arizona ), this grant will help install signage , including maps , regulations , and safety information at the trailheads and off-highway vehicle ( OHV ) safety signage throughout the trail system . The goal of this grant is to enable the protection of the local habitat .

On the Alpine Tunnel Road ( Grand Mesa , Uncompahgre , and Gunnison National Forests , Colorado ), the grant will work to restore and reopen the historic Palisade Wall which

was closed due to damage caused by an avalanche in 2016 . This project will include reconstructing the damaged wall with handcut , dry-stacked stones in accordance with historic masonry designs .

Lastly , the Polaris Fund has allocated funds towards the Stagecoach Trail OHV project ( Green Mountain National Forest , Vermont ). This project will address drainage issues and reduce erosion concerns to benefit users , safeguard water resources , and protect critical habitats for species .

UNLIMITED OFF-ROAD RACING SERIES RELEASES 2024 SCHEDULE

The Martelli Brothers recently announced their new three-race spectacle of speed for the 2024 race season . The 2024 Unlimited Off-Road Racing Series will include The Parker 400 , The BFGoodrich Tires Mint 400 and The California 300 off-road races .

The new series will also feature the next evolution of the UTV World Championship , which will be determined by points accumulated at all three events .

The 2024 Unlimited Off-Road Racing Series schedule includes :

The Parker 400 – Parker , AZ – Jan . 10−14

The Mint 400 – Las Vegas , NV – March 6−10

The California 300 – Barstow , CA – Oct . 2−6

Unlimited Off-Road Racing will host all desert car , truck and UTV classes , including youth , and host motorcycles at two of their marquee events , The Mint 400 and The California 300 . The new series will also feature the next evolution of the UTV World
