BOC , representing a stronghold of 20−members and over 30−powersport stores , has long been a pillar in the 20−Group industry arena , fostering dealership growth , innovation , and excellence .
A key highlight of the anniversary event was the unveiling of the Voyager−8 latest software version . Owned by Jackson-Dawson , a multinational communications company based in Detroit , Voyager−8 is the group ’ s flagship composite reporting and benchmark software . This cutting-edge tool marks a significant advancement in how the group manages and interprets data , offering real-time , paperless integration directly from members ’ Dealer Management Systems ( DMS ) with a single click .
To ensure the practical application of store financials , the event featured a “ Hot-Seat ” segment led by Robert Hintz , group moderator and Engelhart Motorsports dealer-host , and Jeremy DeFelice , a retail subject-matter expert from Jackson-Dawson . These breakout sessions allowed for in-depth financial drill-downs and the formation of actionable commitments , crucial for individual store improvements .
The driving BOC initiative for 2024 is data quality , emphasizing the importance of precise , real-time data for accurate group averages and store comparisons .
