Sralla serves as GM and CEO of Eddie Hill ’ s Fun Cycles in Wichita Falls , Texas . He is a former member of the WFISD School Board , is a current board member of the Redneck Culinary Academy and is on the advisory council for the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles .

NOHVCC NAMES HILDESHEIM AS EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

The National Off-Highway Vehicle Conservation Council ( NOHVCC ) board has selected long-time project manager / program director Marc Hildesheim as the next executive director of the organization .

“ I ’ m very excited to lead NOHVCC on the next leg of its journey and can ’ t wait to see what the staff , the board of directors , and our partners can achieve ,” Hildesheim says .

Hildesheim and his family have a long history in OHV recreation starting with the Brush Bunch Motorcycle Club , of which Hildesheim ’ s grandfather was a founding member in 1970 . He is now a third-generation club member with his brother and father .

Hildesheim began working on trails as a seasonal trail ranger for the Idaho Department of Parks and Recreation and later as a full-time staff member as a trails specialist . He later moved to New Mexico to work for the state OHV program , first as the OHV education coordinator and then as the OHV program manager .

“ Marc has been a champion with his great work in the OHV community for over 20 years . And the Hildesheim family is a perfect example of what our great sport is all about . NOHVCC ’ s mission is looking very strong ,” says Dan Kleen , president of the board of directors .

Hildesheim currently resides in Post Falls , Idaho with his wife , three kids , and two Australian Shepherds where he rides dirt bikes whenever life will let him . He officially started as the director on June 5 .

FOX FACTORY APPOINTS CFO Fox Factory Holding Corp . names Dennis Schemm as Chief Financial Officer ( CFO ), effective June 12 . Schemm will succeed Interim CFO Maggie Torres , who will retire upon his arrival .

Schemm has more than 25 years of experience in finance , with a deep skill set that includes financial risk management , controllership , global financial planning and analysis , treasury , audit , capital allocation strategies , and mergers and acquisitions . Prior to joining Fox Factory , Schemm served as the senior vice president and chief financial officer at Trex for the last three years and was the senior vice president , chief financial officer and commercial lead of the Joint Compound Division at Continental Building Products from 2015−2020 .
