Arkansas dealership grants teen ’ s wish with Make-A-Wish partnership

Hubbard Powersports of Russellville , Arkansas , partnered with the Make-A-Wish Foundation to fulfill a dream for Brady Hinkle , presenting him with a 2025 Can-Am Commander .
Hinkle ’ s life-changing heart transplant followed a diagnosis of heart failure , a battle his father , Casey Hinkle , has also faced . On Tuesday , November 26 , Hinkle received his wish , a Can-Am Commander side-by-side , in front of Hubbard Powersports employees , Make-A- Wish volunteers and members of the Russellville Police Department and Fire Department .
" Make-A-Wish is one of those special organizations that is filled with incredible people , so being able to work with them and their volunteers was amazing ,” says Zach Lovern-O ' Riley , sales and finance at Hubbard Powersports .
Lovern-O ’ Riley worked with Make-A- Wish to finalize the deal and coordinate the afternoon Hinkle picked up his new side-byside . “ Growing up , I remember seeing the commercials during sporting events showing wishes being granted and always thought , ‘ I want to be a part of something like this .’”
Before Hinkle arrived , police parked four vehicles in front of the dealership entrance , and the fire department parked a fire truck on the opposite side of the parking lot . The flashing lights of the police vehicles and the firetruck made a grand entrance for Hinkle . Inside the dealership , Make-A-Wish volunteers decorated the showroom and covered Hinkle ’ s side-by-side with balloons .
“ Everyone we worked with from the M . A . W . was incredible , as expected , and they went above and beyond for Brady ,” Lovern- O ’ Riley says . “ The pickup day just had a different feeling than your typical day . Everyone at
Hubbard Powersports was watching the clock and counting down until Brady and his family were going to arrive .”
As Hinkle and his family walked into the dealership , employees , volunteers and members from the police and fire departments shouted , “ Brady , your wish is granted !” Make- A-Wish volunteer Ashley Borleani led a prayer
for Hinkle and his family , then dealership owner Glen Hubbard walked with Hinkle to his new 2025 Can-Am Commander , explaining some of its features .
“ Being able to visit with Brady and his parents is a conversation I ' ll never forget ,” Lovern- O ’ Riley says . “ Just hearing about their journey and seeing the strong family bond and support

really put the cherry on top . I ' m looking forward to working with Make-A-Wish again in the future to continue granting wishes for these very special and deserving individuals .”
The unforgettable afternoon celebrated resilience , community and the fulfillment of a wish . The dealership helped grant a wish to another “ Wish Kid ” in December .

Polaris recalls ’ 24 Ranger , ProXD , RZR XP and Bobcat UTVs

In December , Polaris recalled certain 2024 Ranger ROVs , ProXD and Bobcat UTVs and certain model year 2024−2025 RZR XP 1000 and XP 4 1000 ROVs .
Ranger , ProXD and Bobcat passenger side seat belt anchor points can separate from the frame due to a defective weld on the bracket , posing an injury hazard to passengers . This recall affects about 2,500 units ( plus about 130 sold in Canada ) and involves certain VINs of MY 2024 Ranger 1000 , Crew 1000 , Ranger XP 1000 , Crew XP 1000 , Ranger XP Kinetic , ProXD full size and full size Crew and Bobcat
UV34 / UV34 XL models . The VIN is located on the left rear frame on the driver ’ s side , under the cargo box . Consumers should stop carrying passengers in the recalled vehicles and contact an authorized Polaris dealer to schedule a free inspection and , if needed , a free repair . Polaris is contacting all registered owners directly . The recall number is 25−702 .
Certain 2024−2025 RZR XP 1000 and XP 4 1000 ROVs have been recalled because the positive battery terminal cover can become damaged by the seat base , causing the positive battery post to be exposed and contact nearby conductive components , resulting in an electrical short , posing a fire risk . This recall affects about 21,000 units ( plus about 1,300 in Canada ). Polaris is contacting registered owners and providing a full-battery cover by mail that can be customer-installed or installed by a Polaris dealer for free . Consumers can continue to operate the recalled ROVs before installation of the battery cover if the battery ’ s positive terminal cover is undamaged . If the positive terminal cover is damaged , the recalled ROV should not be operated until the repair is complete . The recall number is 25−703 .
