Denago Powersports announced in late June that it began shipping its new RanchHawk 650FI 4×4 utility side‑by‑side to select dealerships, marking the latest addition to the company’s growing ORV lineup.
Priced at $9,999, the RanchHawk is aimed at buyers seeking a feature‑rich utility vehicle at an entry‑level price point. The model comes standard with switchable two- and four‑wheel drive, locking differentials, electric power steering (EPS), a CVT transmission with high- and low‑range gearing, a winch, a trailer hitch, and a tilting cargo bed.
“The strong reaction we received from dealers at AIMExpo for our RanchHawk proved that the market is hungry for a fully featured UTV at a reasonable price,” said Denago Powersports General Manager David Garibyan in a company announcement. “We’re really proud of our engineering team for being able to pack in all the features UTV drivers want while keeping its price affordable.”
The RanchHawk is powered by a fuel‑injected 623cc single‑cylinder engine producing a claimed 39 horsepower and 43 lb.-ft. of torque. Power is delivered through an automatic CVT transmission with shaft drive.
Among the vehicle’s standout features are a 10.25‑inch infotainment touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility, Bluetooth connectivity, GPS mapping, a backup camera and an integrated audio system. A separate 6‑inch TFT instrument display provides vehicle information.
The RanchHawk also features fully adjustable remote‑reservoir shocks, independent dual A‑arm suspension, 13 inches of ground clearance, four‑wheel disc brakes, LED lighting, aluminum wheels and a 3,500‑pound winch with synthetic rope. Additional standard equipment includes an adjustable windshield, bench seating for up to three occupants, mirrors and a pre‑wired trailer hitch.
According to Denago, the new UTV offers a 700‑pound payload capacity, a 350‑pound cargo bed capacity and a 1,550‑pound towing capacity.
The RanchHawk 650FI 4×4 is available in six color options: Racer Red, Brave Blue, Knight Black, Mojave Tan, Ghost Gray and Traml Camo. Dealer deliveries are underway now.
Polaris just signed on to a new partnership that will fund projects to improve off‑highway vehicle access and riding areas across the U.S.
The OEM is teaming up with The Foundation for America’s Public Lands — charitable partner of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM). Together, their efforts will provide grants to support OHV access, safety, and the riding experience on BLM‑managed public lands. The program officially kicked off in June at Moon Rocks in northern Nevada, with many of the first‑round investments supporting projects in Utah.
The result of the collaboration is more than $200,000 of cumulative impact for OHV projects on BLM lands in Utah. Funding for these projects will go toward new and additional wayfinding signage, as well as trail maintenance and repairs to help support safety, access, and continued use of these OHV spaces.
The BLM manages over 200 designated OHV recreation areas and millions of acres open to responsible motorized recreation across the country.
This partnership will support the following projects in Utah:
Cricket Mountains OHV Trail System: Improvements include a full signage overhaul, such as new directional markers, trail maps, and informational signs.
Greater Three Peaks OHV Riding Area: About 4,800 feet of fencing around “the crater” will reduce safety hazards from dense informal routes and irregular terrain.
Tusher Tunnel, Uranium Arch and Bartlett Alcove: Updated signage, parking improvements, and site maintenance across three BLM Moab locations.
Fivemile Pass Recreation Area: Restroom repairs and new kiosks at seven staging areas will enhance amenities at some of Utah’s most‑loved OHV areas.
Polaris continues to be a strong champion of OHV access and has repeatedly helped fund long‑term support for outdoor recreation. Most recently, in June, through its Polaris Fund for Outdoor Recreation, the company awarded $200,000 in support of various OHV access initiatives in the U.S.
“People are deeply connected to the areas they spend their days riding, and we know strong communities are at the heart of maintaining these spaces. Through our new partnership with the Foundation for America’s Public Lands, we will invest alongside local partners to improve trails, promote responsible riding, and support the people who know these areas better than anyone, helping to keep these places thriving,” adds Polaris CEO Mike Speetzen.
Polaris, in partnership with the National Forest Foundation, recently announced the 2026 recipients of the Polaris Fund for Outdoor Recreation Grants, marking a major milestone in the partnership — the fund is now fully endowed, securing long‑term support for outdoor recreation.
The achievement provides ongoing, sustainable funding to advance access to off‑highway vehicle recreation, trail stewardship, responsible riding education, and conservation efforts across U.S. national forests and surrounding land.
Established through a $5 million commitment announced in 2021, the Polaris Fund for Outdoor Recreation supports annual grants that improve OHV trail systems, restore recreation infrastructure, enhance signage, and help promote safe and enjoyable riding experiences. With the endowment now fully established, this support will continue for generations to come.
“Our relationship with the NFF is rooted in a shared commitment to investing in the future of American outdoor recreation and caring for the places that make it possible.” — Jess Rogers, vice president of communications and community giving, Polaris
This year, nearly $200,000 in funding will support seven initiatives across multiple National Forests located in Arizona, Colorado, Michigan, New Hampshire, Tennessee and Vermont to help address trail maintenance, safety, sustainability, and responsible riding education for both OHV and snowmobile users. Projects selected for 2026 include:
Sedona Forest road speed pilot project – Coconino National Forest, Arizona: Installation of speed‑limit and radar signage along a popular OHV route.
Vail pass winter recreation area snowmobile support – White River National Forest, Colorado: Donation of a snowmobile and equipment to support U.S. Forest Service winter patrols, helping manage rider safety, enforce designated use areas, and protect sensitive wildlife habitat.
Tenderfoot Mountain Trail maintenance – White River National Forest, Colorado: Volunteer crews will complete tread repair and corridor clearing on a popular multiuse trail.
Cadillac ORV scenic ride sustainability project – Huron‑Manistee National Forests, Michigan: Maintenance and trailhead improvements to support a shared off‑road ORV and snowmobile route and improve the experience.
Corridor 19 improvements – White Mountain National Forest, New Hampshire: Drainage and trail surface improvements along four miles of a snowmobile corridor to enhance safety and long‑term maintenance.
Wayehutta OHV trail system improvements – Nantahala National Forest, Tennessee: Trail restoration and erosion‑control work to repair Hurricane Helene‑related damage, improve drainage, and restore safe public access.
Sucker Pond trail relocation – Green Mountain National Forest, Vermont: Relocation of a portion of the trail to protect wetlands and local water resources while improving rider safety and trail connectivity.
“Polaris has been a steadfast champion of our National Forests,” says Dieter Fenkart Froeschl, president and CEO of the NFF. “By creating a source of lasting annual support, Polaris empowers us to strengthen recreation opportunities and uplift the communities that find adventure and connection in these treasured places.”
The endowment issued its first grant in 2022. Since then, Polaris and the NFF have supported 10 on‑the‑ground projects across eight national forests.
Segway expands Middle East footprint with first GCC flagship store
Segway Powersports has expanded its presence in the Middle East with the opening of its first Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) flagship store in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, while introducing its new flagship sport side‑by‑side, the Super Villain SX20T.
The new dealership, which opened July 2, serves as Segway Powersports’ primary retail and customer experience center in the Gulf region. Located in Riyadh’s Industrial North district, the facility offers product displays, customer consultations, test‑drive scheduling, after‑sales service and promotional events.
The launch is part of the company’s broader expansion strategy in the Gulf, where demand for off‑road vehicles continues to grow. Saudi Arabia represents one of the region’s largest off‑road markets, fueled by its desert terrain and a strong recreational riding culture. The country is also home to the world‑renowned Dakar Rally, making it an important market for performance‑focused off‑road vehicles.
The Riyadh flagship store showcases Segway’s complete Saudi Arabian lineup, including the Snarler ATV family (AT5, AT6 and AT10), the Fugleman utility side‑by‑side lineup (UT6 and UT10 Crew), the Villain SX10 sport SxS and the new SX20T.
Headlining the store opening is the debut of the Super Villain SX20T, the most powerful SxS in Segway Powersports’ lineup. The vehicle is powered by a 2.0‑liter turbocharged engine producing 235 horsepower and 280 lb.-ft. (380 Nm) of torque. It features a seven‑speed automatic transmission, K‑Man 3.0 adjustable suspension, front locking differential, and selectable drive modes. Earlier this year, the model also earned a third‑place finish in its class at the Mint 400 off‑road race in Las Vegas.

“Saudi Arabia is one of the most important off‑road markets in the Gulf, and the Riyadh flagship gives us a permanent base in the region to connect with customers more closely,” says Ethan Zhang, sales and marketing president of Segway Powersports. “With the launch of the Super Villain SX20T, we are completing our local lineup and bringing a stronger off‑road experience to riders in KSA.”
Segway Powersports currently has a presence in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Oman and Kuwait, with plans to continue expanding its dealer and retail network throughout the Gulf region. While the Riyadh flagship is aimed at the Middle East market, it shows Segway’s continued global expansion into the ORV segment.
