Suesseger from Husqvarna was speaking with a customer recently who told him the company ’ s theme for the year is “ Unreasonable Hospitality .” Based on a 2022 business book of the same name , the idea is to go above and beyond for the customer . “ So the customer might say , “ wow , that was unreasonable , and very hospitable ,’” said Suesseger . “ This landscape service company expects that for their teams .”
That means the equipment dealers should do three things . He said , “ Dealers need to : One , Respond . Two , Have product available . And three , Provide fast service .” That might sound simple , but it takes a commitment from dealer staff and from the manufacturer level .
