MILWAUKEE GROWS POWER EQUIPMENT LINE While attending the Elevate expo in Dallas , Texas , we visited with the Milwaukee team and saw the company ’ s “ coming soon ” plate compactor . It ’ s designed for professionals working in landscape and hardscape environments , and for interested retailers and rental operators .
The MX Fuel 20-in . Plate Compactor uses Milwaukee ’ s Powerstate Brushless Motor . It also offers variable control with multi-direction capability and speed control . The MX Fuel compactor is kitted with two Red Lithium Forge HD12.0 batteries and a Super Charger , which can charge an HD12.0 battery to 100 percent in 65 minutes .
Both the HD12.0 Battery and the Super Charger are Cool- Cycle Capable . The active cooling feature works with all MX Fuel batteries that have Cool-Cycle capability . The HD12.0 battery provides 35 minutes of continuous runtime or 5,000 square feet per charge .
Milwaukee says its Redlink Plus Intelligence ensures optimal performance and provides overload protection to protect the machine and battery . The Milwaukee 20-in . Plate Compactor is One-Key Compatible . Users can track , manage , and secure equipment from a mobile device using the industry ’ s largest Bluetooth community tracking network . If the plate compactor is ever lost or stolen , the owner can prevent tampering with remote lockout capability .
