expanded TYM lineup now includes numerous 20-130 horsepower tractors and a wide range of products in the low and high horsepower tiers .
In addition , TYM announced that it has signed a new original design manufacturer ( ODM ) agreement with Yanmar America . Under the agreement , TYM will begin delivering new 37-hp sub-compact and 74-hp compact tractors to Yanmar America in 2023 . TYM will also add the new tractors to its own product lineup . Furthermore , the two companies plan to review future joint opportunities to diversify and expand their product lineups .
The ODM contract with a globally recognized partner will give momentum to TYM ’ s continuing expansion in the North American market , reports the company .

HUSQVARNA LAUNCHES 2-YEAR WARRANTY PROGRAM FOR PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMERS Husqvarna Group launched a comprehensive two-year warranty program that ’ s designed to provide extended protection for equipment used by commercial green space and treecare professionals . Customers can immediately take advantage of the program and benefit from two full years of warranty coverage for Husqvarna 300 and 500 series professional handheld and wheeled products .
“ Husqvarna ’ s revamped warranty program is another demonstration of our commitment to our commercial
customers ,” said Carlos Haddad , vice president of North America , professional products at Husqvarna Group . “ Green space and tree care professionals can continue to count on an exceptional level of coverage for tools being used as designed and can rest assured that their vital equipment is protected .”
Professional Husqvarna products covered under the warranty program include :
300 / 500 Series Handheld ( excluding Husqvarna 330 series trimmers ); Pro batteries ( BLi100-Bli950x ); Pro Split Boom attachments ; W500 walk-behind mowers ; Z400 zero-turn mowers ; and V500 / Z500 / P500D stand on , zeroturn and articulating riders .
The new two-year warranty is a significant benefit for professional chainsaw customers , notes Husqvarna , “ because the coverage is the longest commercial warranty in the market . Additionally for commercial zero-turn mowers and stand-on mowers , the first two years of ownership will be covered under warranty with no hour limitations on usage .”
The new Husqvarna warranty program is available for customers in North America .
Husqvarna ’ s warranty services cover defects in machinery or workmanship that may occur under normal use during the warranty period . During this warranty period , Husqvarna will repair or replace any defective product or part because of a defect in material or workmanship , under normal use and maintenance , at no cost to the owner . Note : The warranty length for professional handheld power cutters ( a . k . a . cut off saws ) is one year as defined by Husqvarna Construction Division , stated the company .
DIXIE CHOPPER ACQUIRES FORMER COATESVILLE FACILITY Dixie Chopper finalized its purchase of the former manufacturing facility located in Coatesville , Ind . The original family farm where Dixie Chopper was born is now once again home for the assembly of mowers .
“ I can remember where we drew the frame design on the barn floor with chalk for the first production Dixie Chopper ,” said Wes Evans , business unit manager of Dixie Chopper . “ My team and I are very excited to move back to the Coatesville facility and continue building the world ’ s fastest lawn mower .”
Founded in 1980 , Dixie Chopper currently utilizes a building on the east side of Greencastle ( Fillmore ), where they assemble zero-turn mowers and warehouse the parts department . The transition to the new facility is scheduled to be completed in the summer of 2023 , the company reported .
“ We have absolutely outgrown the Fillmore facility ,” said Lisa Tubbs , president of RhinoAg and Dixie Chopper . “ In order to continue growing the Dixie Chopper business , it was imperative that we located a bigger building to facilitate this growth . The Coatesville building has such a sentimental value to the employees , and we are ready to get moved in .”
