EQUIPMENT & TECHNOLOGY FOCUS 38 DECEMBER 2017 OUTDOOR POWER EQUIPMENT www.outdoorpowerequipment.com RIDING MOWERS EQUIPMENT & TECHNOLOGY FOCUS RIDING MOWERS ALTOZ'S TRX Altoz's TRX provides first-of-its-kind, patent-pending technology for commercial use on sloped, wet, snow-covered and rough terrains. Equipped with rear-mounted tracks and a torsional suspension system, the TRX allows commercial users, utility companies and municipalities to maintain places they can't with a traditional zero-turn mower or snow removal equipment. Outstanding stability and traction enable operators to safely maneuver inclines, ditches, varying terrain and wet conditions. Low ground pressure and high traction reduce compaction, minimize ground disturbance, and maintain superior traction. The TorqFlex front suspension and rear torsional track suspension provide a smooth ride by bridging uneven terrain. TRX's commercial-grade track and flat-free front tires eliminate potential tire damage caused by sharp rocks, glass or debris commonly encountered in vacant lots, roadsides and spaces bordering high-traffic areas. The introduction of an optional utility plow and spreader expands the TRX's abilities year- round, making it truly a machine for all seasons. Altoz, Inc. BOB-CAT XRZ PRO RS ZERO-TURF MOWER The new BOB-CAT XRZ Pro RS mower is loaded with commercial- grade features that lawncare professionals require, all at a value-driven price point. The BOB-CAT TufDeck Pro 10-gauge fabricated, welded and reinforced steel mower deck includes the BOB-CAT patented Double Wave baffle system for maximum vacuum and lift. Commercial cutters will experience improved run times and productivity, thanks to dual fuel tanks with a 9.5-gallon capacity and a forward speed of up to 10 mph. And they can comfortably work all day, thanks to a high-back fully mechanical suspension seat with armrests. The XRZ Pro RS joins the new RS Series from BOB-CAT that adds black rims, black belt covers and darker seats to create a uniquely aggressive appearance, whether on the landscaper's trailer or the dealer's showroom floor.
