Although this drawing is old( and probably obsolete) as well as the R8991 Primary Control it is still in Resideo’ s drawing that you’ ll find in the box and in some OEM furnace literature, but in the actual OEM manual for the furnace the drawing will reflect the burner and control used, Figure 5.
In Figure 6 we show the Molex ®‘ pin-out’ and as it appears in one of our training cases. When first developing the training program for these boards I worked with my good friend Jim Todd who at the time was Corporate Trainer for PETRO. We agreed on a couple of things that were put into the program and later in Volume 3 of our Firedragon textbooks on WIRING. The first is that
