BLACKMER TXD SERIES SLIDING VAN PUMPS
Blackmer TXD Series Sliding Vane Pumps feature the reliability, durability and efficiency that make them ideal for use in truck-mounted applications for delivery of a wide array of petroleum- based products, such as fuel oil, home heating oil, gasoline, kerosene and diesel fuel. TXD Series pumps provide fast, quiet, trouble-free operation in transport applications, and have excellent self-priming and dry run capabilities. TXD Series pumps are available in 1.5-, 2-, 2.5-, 3- and 4-inch port sizes with flow rates from 10 to 500 gpm and pressures up to 125 psi. An optional air-operated piston relief valve is available.

BLACKMER TLGLF PUMPS FOR LPG BOBTAILS AND TRANSPORTS
Blackmer TLGLF flange-mounted pumps are available for LPG bobtail and transport trucks. Blackmer takes product reliability to the highest level with its TLGLF pumps, flange mounting directly to commercial internal control valves, eliminating the need for inlet pipes, shutoff valves and external strainers that can restrict flow and cause vaporization problems, resulting in smoother operation and longer pump life. TLGLF pumps are available in 3-inch and 4-inch sizes with capacities that range from 60 to 350 U.S. gpm (227 to 1,325 lpm) with ANSI intake flanges. Maximum differential pressure for both units is 125 psi (8.62 Bar). Standard Buna-N mechanical seals and Duravanes on the TLGLF pumps handle both LPG and anhydrous ammonia. Along with an internal relief valve, Blackmer’s UL-listed TLGLF pumps feature patented noise suppression liners to reduce cavitation, noise, vibration and wear.

Hannay LP Gas Power Rewind Reels are made of polished aluminum, offering both reduced weight and superior corrosion resistance compared to the standard reel. These reels are specifically engineered for durability, minimal maintenance, and long-term performance for oil and propane delivery. The chain-and-sprocket drive is powered by an electric, air, or direct hydraulic rewind motor. Direct-drive hydraulic rewind reels are supplied with a pinion brake, while electric-powered rewind reels are supplied with a strap brake. Other brake and locking devices are available, as well as optional pressure and temperature ratings.
These reel models are outfitted with the Hannay Reels Guidemaster which allows operators to maintain consistent and reliable control over the hose to keep up with fueling demands. This hose reel attachment aids in unwinding and rewinding hoses in a safe, more efficient way. The Level Rewind Assembly from Unique Welding & Fabricating can be installed on most electric, air or hydraulic driven reels that Unique manufactures. This reel incorporates a four-way roller guide mounted on a ball-reverser actuator to provide automatic action to feed hose or cable onto the reel. It can be made in steel or stainless steel. The product going through the hose can be from -76º to + 356 F with standard pressure to 300 p.s.i. Other pressures can be accommodated at an extra cost. There are many more sizes available from standard components. The standard paint color is grey but other colors are available at extra cost.
