FUEL RIGHT SEEKS PARTNERS FOR FIELD TEST
Fairville Products , Wilmington , Delaware , the maker of Fuel Right fuel system treatments , is seeking partners to field test a product designed to address system fouling and damage .
The founder of Fuel Right , Bob Tatnall , stated : “ With growing use of biofuels , there is a serious increase in system fouling and damage due to a new form of contamination , a black , tarry substance that some in the industry call ‘ Bio-Tar .’ Unlike typical sludge formed by bacteria and water in fuel , Bio-Tar is believed to be formed by bacteria and fatty acid methyl esters ( FAME ) found in biofuels .”
