Christina joined Paraco in 2014 after a career with several leading executive search and Board advisory services firms where she focused on talent acquisition strategy for a client base that ranged from publicly-traded multinational corporations to PE-backed mid-market companies to VC-backed early-stage organizations .
Christina holds a Master of Business Administration from the F . W . Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College , and a degree in Business Administration from James Madison University .
