SWEET REVOLUTION
1 oz. Mezcal Espadin ½ oz. Honey syrup 1 oz. Guava purée( such as Boiron or Perfect Purée) ¼ oz. Blood orange juice ½ oz. Campari ¼ oz. Alma Finca orange liqueur 2 oz. Sparkling wine
Add the ingredients( except for sparkling wine) in a shaker with ice and shake. Strain into snifter glass with ice. Top with sparkling wine. Garnish with a grapefruit slice and edible flowers.

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Shake until chilled and fine strain in a Rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a grapefruit slice.

2 parts Gray Whale gin 1 ½ parts Coconut water 1 part Lavender syrup ¾ part Fresh lemon juice Lemon wheel for garnish
Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake for 3-4 seconds and strain over fresh ice. Top with lemon wheel.

STRAWBERRY BASIL SMASH
1 ½ oz. Hendrick’ s Gin ¾ oz. Lemon juice ¾ oz. Cane sugar syrup 2 Strawberries, chopped 4 Basil leaves
Muddle basil and strawberries in a shaker tin, add ice and shake well. Roll into a rocks glass and garnish with a fresh basil sprig.

GUAVA DREAMS
2 oz. 1800 Blanco tequila 4 oz. Jarritos guava soda 1 oz. Coconut cream ¾ oz. Fresh lime juice
Shake tequila, coconut cream and fresh lime juice in a shaker with ice and strain into a highball glass over crushed ice. Top with soda and garnish with a lime wheel.
