Cape Tea Gin ( Coit Spirits ). Distilled from the Rooibus bush native to South Africa . It is fermented and airdried , which brings out the fresh fruits to the nose and palate . Hints of pepper are on the finish , with a tight finish at 47 % ABV .
Grace O ’ Malley Irish Gin ( Liquid Projects ). Irish in its name , with 14 botanicals natively sourced for this gin . The main botanical is Irish heather , which is present from when your glass is raised to when the spirit lies

on the palate . Ends with a well-balanced floral finish .
McClintock Reserve Cognac Finished Gin ( McClintock Distilling ). A classic sipping gin aged in used XO Cognac casks . Dark fruit and light hints of juniper are in the nose and on the palate , with hints of cinnamon on the edges of your tongue . Light spices with hints of its time in a French oak Cognac barrel are part of its soft finish experience .
Imagination Gin ( MurLarkey Distilled Spirits ). Distilled using 12 all-natural botanicals , including Sichuan peppercorn . Floral and botanicals fill the nose with whiffs of juniper . It has a nice body , with a light sweetness and a citrus presence along the borders of your mouth . It has a crisp tight finish , and serves as a good base in most gin-inspired cocktails .

The Naturalist ( Still Austin Whiskey Co .). Distilled using a column and pot still in small batches . The juniper and citrus theme starts from when this gin is raised to the nose to when it ’ s in the mouth . A crisp finish with a lingering citrus presence .
Old Grove Gin ( Cutwater Spirits ). Distilled with Torrey pine that is native to the San Diego area , where the gin is made . A fine medley with juniper along for the ride as it rises from the glass or lays on the tongue . Terrific base for London Dry-style gin cocktails .
American Dry Gin ( Eastern Kille Distillery ). A dry gin distilled in the heartland in Michigan using a fine medley of flavors including kaffir lime . This , along with the citrus flavors , fills the nose and piques the interest of your tongue . Pepper and other spices are found in the crisp finish .
Monopolowa Dry Gin ( J . A . Baczewski ). Distilled in Austria from potatoes , which gives it more layers than other gins . Juniper and citrus comes up to your nose and is present when in your mouth , with a light oily coating . It has a smooth , longer finish , and works with most clear spirit-focused cocktails .
Warfield Organic Gin ( Warfield Distillery ). An organic gin with hints of cinnamon and juniper on the nose . Additional notes of coriander accompany the juniper and cinnamon when in the mouth . A clean , smooth finish that would work well with most gin cocktails .
