Tantalizing Tequila Cocktails

AGAVE SUAVE
11 ½ oz. Cayéya tequila ½ oz. Lime juice 1 oz. Passion fruit mix * 2 Ginger coins Ginger beer
Add ginger coins to shaker, muddle to express ginger. Add lime juice, passion fruit mix and tequila to tin. Shake with ice and strain into Tajin-rimmed glass over fresh ice. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with cucumber surfboard.
* For Passion fruit mix: combine equal parts passion fruit puree and Passoa passion fruit liqueur.

SOL ARDIENTE
1 oz. Maestro Dobel Reposado tequila 1 oz. Casa Lotos sotol ¾ oz. Chinola mango liqueur ¾ oz. Black tea syrup ¾ oz. Lemon juice
Combine ingredients and shake. Strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with a slice of mango and a sprinkle of grated nutmeg.

BLUSHING BALLERINA
1 oz. Lalo tequila ¾ oz. Cocchi rosa ¾ oz. Triple sec ¾ oz. Lime juice 2 drops Rose water
Add ingredients to a shaker. Shake and strain into a glass. Garnish with rose petals.

TEMPTATION
1 ½ oz. Mijenta blanco tequila ¾ oz. Michael Lavelle chenin blanc
½ oz. Flamingo Rivera mango chili liqueur ½ oz. Lime ¼ oz. Simple syrup 1 dash Japanese shiso bitters
Combine ingredients in a mixing tin. Shake well and double strain. Garnish with mango tuile.

SPICY DOT MARTINI
2 oz. Codigo 1530 Artesanal Mezcal ½ oz. Licor 43 ½ oz. Ancho Reyes Verde liqueur 2 dashes Fire water tincture Garnish with Calabrian chili oil
Add ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into cocktail glass. Use a dropper to garnish with dots of chili oil.

1 oz. Cazadores Reposado tequila 1 oz. Berry shrub ½ oz. Lime juice ½ oz. Rockwell amber vermouth ½ oz. Aperol
Rim a chilled coupe halfway with preserved citrus salt. Combine all ingredients and shake. Double strain contents into chilled coupe

2 oz. Flecha Azul Blanco tequila ½ oz. Cointreau 1 oz. Passion fruit puree 1 oz. Pineapple juice 1 oz. Coconut water ½ oz. Agave ½ oz. Lime juice
Combine ingredients and shake. Pour into glass with ice. Garnish with pineapple.
