1 ¾ oz . Gin ¼ oz . Ancho Verde chile poblano liqueur 1 tsp . Choya green tea liqueur 1 oz . Agua de espinaca syrup ¾ oz . Lime juice

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice . Stir until chilled , strain into a double rocks glass . Add a large ice cube , garnish with a long grapefruit zest and mandolin cucumber slice .
