Bold and Brisk Whiskey Cocktails
A Port In Tennessee
2 oz . Nelson ’ s Green Brier Tennessee whiskey ¾ oz . Lemon juice ½ oz . Passion fruit puree ¼ oz . Grenadine 2 dashes Tiki bitters
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker , add ice and shake until chilled . Strain into a glass or tiki mug over pebble ice and garnish with a lemon wheel and orchid .

Spring Mountain Sour
2 oz . Charbay R5 aged whiskey Green Chartreuse ½ oz . Marie Brizard Creme de cacao ¾ oz . The Perfect Purée Chipotle Sour blend , thawed ½ oz . Egg white 3 drops Peychaud ’ s bitters
Start by rinsing a large coupe glass with green Chartreuse . Put the whiskey , creme cacao , chipotle sour and egg white into a cocktail shaker and dry shake well without ice . Add ice to the shaker and shake again . Strain into your rinsed glass and garnish with three drops of Peychaud ’ s .

Frisky Whiskey
1 oz . Clonakilty Double Oak Irish whiskey 1 oz . Honey liqueur ¼ oz . Simple syrup 5 oz . Fresh orange juice 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
Add whiskey , honey liqueur , simple syrup , orange juice , and bitters into shaker with ice . Shake until well chilled . Strain into rocks glass over fresh ice .

Bodega Buck
1 ½ oz . Bourbon ½ oz . Fresh lemon juice ¼ oz . Honey syrup ¼ oz . Simple syrup ¼ oz . Oloroso sherry Ginger ale 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Add ice to a Collins glass , pour ingredients over ice , topping with the ginger ale and Angostura bitters .

Spiced Fuji Fashioned
1 ½ oz . Japanese whisky ¼ oz . Luxardo Amaro Abano ¼ oz . Spiced Fuji apple syrup 2 dashes Angostura Amaro
Combine all ingredients and stir with ice in a mixing glass . Strain over a large cube , and finish with an expressed orange peel and fresh grated cinnamon . Garnish with dehydrated Fuji apple .
* For Spiced Fuji apple syrup : Juice and strain fresh Fuji apples . Cook over medium heat with equal parts brown sugar . Add crushed cinnamon sticks and a pinch of ginger powder .

Sweet Potato Pyre
1 oz . New Riff Kentucky straight rye ¾ oz . Cocchi sweet vermouth 1 ½ oz . Spiced sweet potato Cognac ( sweet potato simple + Cognac ) ¼ oz . Orahovac walnut liqueur ½ oz . Demerara simple syrup 1 dash Angostura bitters 1 dash Peychaud ’ s bitters
Half rim Graham cracker crumbs on a Nick and Nora glass . Combine ingredients in a mixing tin and shake . Strain glass and garnish with jumbo torched mellow slice floating in glass .
* For Sweet potato simple syrup : Mix one can of sweet potatoes ( strained juices ) with 2 cups of Demerara simple syrup and one bottle of Cognac . Add to blender , blend then strain through chinois .
