Heyday H20
The H20 debuts a unique actuated platform that folds upward at the push of a button . Whereas most address improved use while swimming , Heyday saw a need for an innovation that allows easier storage and slippage . Many 20-foot boat buyers intend on garage storage . Platform removal can be strenuous , but not with the H20 . With a single command push , the platform folds towards the transom , gaining the user valuable storage space . This can mean reduced ownership costs , not only for garage boats but for slip boats by reducing money-per-foot charges . Slip boats will enjoy the eliminated mess / damage from waterfowl . The H20 also brings storage solutions everywhere , including a pop-up portside seat which reveals the entire OB by button push . The H20 also features the Heated Hatch , a storage compartment above the engine , which utilizes ambient heat from the motor . While ambient heat has been used before , H20 offers isolated entry / exit to the heated area without interrupting the entire transom .
Ilmor ION
The Ilmor ION represents some of the newest in electric outboard propulsion technology . The ION was developed with a clean slate by Ilmor ’ s Advanced Technologies Group . The Ilmor team integrated critical components requiring cooling into the underwater housing , allowing for passive cooling . A segment-first , fully integrated trim system ( in the under 10kW power range ) expands the ION ' s capabilities . An innovative LED lighting strip was integrated into the product design to provide a visual indicator of the motor running condition to increase safety when the ION is operational .
