It ’ s hard to believe that this year and this issue marks the seventh year of the Boating Industry Women Making Waves Awards .

Over the last seven years , Boating Industry has received over 1,000 well-qualified nominations for its Women Making Waves Awards . Spanning from across all segments of the recreational boating industry , nominees and award winners alike are paving the way for a successful future of boating . From dealer principals to engineers and designers , and just about every department and role in between , the team at Boating Industry is consistently thrilled to see , highlight and celebrate the incredible women leaders making a difference in the recreational marine industry each and every day .

For the Women Making Waves honorees and beyond , this issue of Boating Industry is a salute to women across the industry who make waves for themselves , their colleagues , their businesses , their customers and so much more in ways that we simply can ’ t even scratch the surface of in the pages of Boating Industry .
